The Untouched World Charitable Trust (UWCT) provides young adults with unique learning experiences, developing leadership skills to maximise their potential throughout their lives and be inspired to lead the way in their own school or community to achieve a sustainable future.

Background

This scholarship offers 6 - 8 current Ara students of Level 5 to 9 programmes across all Ara campuses the opportunity to develop an understanding of  leadership in sustainable practice. It involves a week-long field trip to Ellesmere with 16 secondary school students and focuses on experiential learning that builds capability and competence. Ara students will help plan logistics of the week so need to be available for approximately two hours per week for the six weeks prior to the field trip.
