Learning Services is a free service that offers learning and study advice to Ara students. All of our Learning Advisors are committed to support you in developing your academic skills, such as:

Learning Services offer a range of services, resources and information for Māori and Pasifika students:

  • One-on-one academic support with our Māori Learning Advisor (Dora Roimata Langsbury) and Pasifika Learning Advisor (Georgie Archibald)
  • Māori and Pasifika study group spaces
  • Linking you with other Māori and Pasifika support services at Ara
  • Māori and Pasifika information resources
  • Workshops and Q&A clinics, including some offered specifically to Māori and Pasifika students
